Laurel Miller

Laurel Miller is a food, spirits, travel and design writer and editor based currently based in Santa Cruz, Ca. Her work has also appeared in PUNCH, Imbibe, Modern Farmer, Texas Monthly, Texas Highways, Culture: the word on cheese, and other regional and national outlets. Laurel is also the author of Cheese for Dummies (2012). She grew up on a California ranch, which is what inspired her to educate people about regenerative agriculture; she traded being a cooking teacher for a more nomadic lifestyle, and when she’s not working, she can be found eating foreign street food or discovering new single-origin spirits.
