The dream of three generations of the Suqué Mateu family was achieved in 2022 with the inauguration of their new winery. The Perelada winery was conceived on the commitment to produce outstanding wines highlighting its estate vineyards and the enormous wine-producing potential of the Empordà Designation of Origin. Designed by RCR Arquitectes, winners of the 2017 Pritzker Prize, the winery fuses cutting-edge enology with a passion for landscape architecture, top-tier wine tourism and sustainability as the first European winery to receive LEED® Gold certification.
